Cancellation Policy
- Order can be cancelled within 2 days of order confirmation.
- Customisation orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs of order confirmation.
- Orders that are shipped out cannot be cancelled.
- For Orders that have been shipped out and if customer wants to cancel these, please follow below procedure. Customers can put a request for cancellation via email. As the order is already shipped, customer needs to receive the package, share a video of unboxing, with all items clearly seen and in perfect condition. They can then request for a return and refund via email. After reviewing all details thoroughly our Customer Care team will reach out to you on email to confirm refund and initiate the same at the earliest.
